Michelle M. Di Silvestro
Ms. Di Silvestro joined the firm's litigation department in September of 2006. As a long-term Las Vegas resident, Ms. Di Silvestro obtained her B.A. in Business Management from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada as well as her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Di Silvestro was active in the Student Bar Association and the Organization of Women Law Students. Prior to graduating law school, Ms. Di Silvestro was a judicial extern for the Honorable James C. Mahan in the United States District Court, District of Nevada. As an extern, Ms. Di Silvestro was able to accompany Judge Mahan to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Pasadena, California, where she assisted him in several case decisions.
Ms. Di Silvestro is admitted to practice in the State of Nevada and before the United States District Court, District of Nevada. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association. |
