Kim D. Price
Mr. Price started his legal career with one of Nevada's largest law firms assisting their senior litigation partners with large and complex civil litigation cases. During his ten year tenure with that firm, he worked on 30 trials dealing with contract disputes between high profile corporate clients involving millions of dollars. He also worked on matters involving large administrative utility rate cases with the Las Vegas Valley Water Company and Centel (now Embarq).
Mr. Price joined the charter class of the William S. Boyd Law School at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. He graduated in May of 2001, and became admitted to practice in the State of Nevada in October of 2001.
Over the past five years, Mr. Price has continued to refine his skills in civil litigation. Having joined the Flangas McMillan Law Group, Mr. Price's practice will continue to focus on all areas of litigation, from complex civil litigation and construction litigation, to personal injury.
Mr. Price is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts of Nevada. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, as well as the Clark County Bar Association.
