Dimitri P. Dalacas
Dimitri P. Dalacas has been a valued member of our team since the firm’s inception, becoming a partner in the firm in 2008. His practice areas include estate planning, corporate law and real estate law. He received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1997, and his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2000.
Throughout his tenure with us, Mr. Dalacas has handled real estate transactions for both developed and undeveloped properties with values of more than $50 million. He has extensive experience in investor agreements, commercial and residential lease agreements, business acquisitions, corporate entity formations, estate planning and other critical areas of the law. Mr. Dalacas is also fluent in Greek.
Mr. Dalacas is admitted to practice in the States of Nevada and California and before the United States District Court, District of Nevada. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of California and the Clark County Bar Association. |
